Thanks for joining me one more time! 🌸 INSTAGRAM | instagram.com/pinkvalenciaga_ WANT MORE RECIPES ? 🌸 Cook With Me Playlist bit.ly/3g32c7F 🌸 Healthy Cooking & Lifestyle Playlist bit.ly/healthyplaylist TO PREPARE SALISBURY STEAK (meatless patties)| 1 Pack Impossible Plant Based Ground 1 OZ Red Bell Pepper (chopped) 1 OZ Green Bell Pepper (chopped) 1 OZ Red/White Onion 4 Cloves of Garlic (chopped) 10G Baby Bella Mushrooms (diced) 1.5 TBSP Liquid Aminos 1 TBSP Ketchup Black Pepper 1/2 TSP Garlic Powder 1/2 TSP Organic Oregano 1/2 TSP Black Garlic 1/2 TSP Umami Seasoning Dash of Onion Salt 1/2 TSP Grill Mates Garden Vegetable 1/2 CUP Panko Bread Crumbs 2 TBSP Oat Flour (and extra to sprinkle on plate) 1 Egg (beaten) Create 4-5 patties Fry steaks in pan on medium heat in 2.0-2.5 TBSP Avocado Oil (remove from pan and set aside) SALISBURY STEAK ROUX + GRAVY PREPARATION: In same pan, add 155 GRAMS of sliced baby bella mushrooms. Sautee for 3-5 minutes, then add, sliced yellow/white onions. Let sauté for 2-4 minutes. Add 3 cloves of chopped garlic. After TWO minutes, remove mushrooms, onions and garlic from pan. Place into a bowl and set aside. NEXT Add the following to the same pan used to fry the steaks: 2 TBSP Butter 1.5 - 2.0 TBSP Oat Flour Allow flour to cook down to get rid of "flour" taste. The color of the roux should deepen/darken in color. THEN Add the following: 2.0-2.5 Cups of strained vegetable broth 1 TBSP Coconut Aminos 1 TBSP Ketchup 1.0 -1.5 TSP Browning (to darken the gravy) Add the sauteed mushrooms, onions and garlic to the gravy, let simmer for 3-4 minutes Then add steaks to the gravy, drizzling the gravy on top of each steak. VELVETY WHIPPED POTATOES: Bring the following to a boil (until potatoes are tender / 45-65 minutes): 10 Russet Potatoes (rinsed and peeled) 1 - 32 OZ Container College Inn Garden Vegetable Broth 1/2 Container (or 16-20 OZ) Imagine Organic Vegetable Broth 5 Fresh sage leaves Remove tender potatoes from broth and set aside momentarily (can cut potatoes into smaller pieces with knife) Strain the remaining broth in the post (to remove excess potatoes) and set aside (NOTE: There should be just over 2.0 to 2.5 cups of broth remaining) To the same pot used to boil the potatoes add the following: 3 TBSP Butter (can be regular or plant based butter) 3-5 Garlic cloves (chopped) Let simmer for 2-3 minutes then, add: 10 Russet Potatoes 4.5 OZ (WARM) Light Cream (Fold in light cream) Add Sage / Thyme / Garlic Salt / Black Garlic / Black Pepper / Umami Seasoning 1/4 CUP Vegetable Broth Blend/Whip the potatoes on low/medium speed Fold in the following: Add 2.0-2.5 TBSP Sour Cream + 3.0 OZ (WARM) Light Cream + 2.0 TBSP Butter Blend/Whip on low/medium speed Music by Liles Music - Last Nite In Town - thmatc.co/?l=B2E5915C FTC: This video is not sponsored.
